Franchise mode, starters are to exhausted to play. I am playing a franchise mode with some friends and we are coming up on the end of the season and we are all having the same issue. All of our starters are way too exhausted to play. You get like 2 drives with the starters and then its all back ups mostly at the running back and pass catching ...So it's not you it's madden. The best way to change this is go into Staff > Formation Sub > then start replacing your 1s and 2s with your 3s and 4s for certain formations you think they'd fit it. Doesn't guarantee not being subbed out, but it does guarantee who is on the field for different formations.Happens toward the end of the year every time in franchise. Your starting receivers, TE, and sometimes HB disappear despite being on the depth chart still and uninjured. How has nobody at EA noticed this or fixed it by now?
