Totally depends on your build. With an assault rifles build, Problem Solver can be "best weapon in the game", add tech weapon skills and "Widowmaker" can be "best weapon". Tech build, Widowmaker and Comrade's Hammer were my go-tos. Having ping battles with enemy tech snipers is quite a high point. Comrades Hammers shots trigger explosions. Each one will grant a stack (or 2 if you hit yourself in it too) of Pyromania. This means you will almost always be at 5 stacks if you cycle between your grenade cooldown & bullets. Needs more testing but from what I can tell, the damage of Comrades Hammer is not going up by 50% with 5 stacks of Pyromania.
