McKamey manor is 8 hours. During just hell week seals are practically being tortured for 20 hours straight with 1 hour of sleep a day for 5 days straight. Going to SERE School would prep you for almost everything. I went through SERE B and SERE C and 211 and 400 and I don't think I could go through MM.
