I have the ody touring for 2 years, and until yesterday that I noticed that my power tailgate won't automatically open after I press the tailgate release button on the tailgate. The button on the dashboard and the key both work, they can both open the tailgate. I found that the fuse is in the rear of the car, near the third row power outlet. Pulling out the 40A tailgate motor fuse effectively disables the power tailgate functionality; I just moved it to an unused slot in the fuse box. Although I do get a light on the dash saying "tailgate", this does solve the problem.
