They seem to suck pretty hard? I've done about 20-30 legend Lost sectors solo today, got maybe 1-2 exotic helmets from them. Just trying to get a foetracer for my strand build but it's going to take forever at this drop rate. Seems around 25% for legend and 30-35% for master. You're much better off doing legend sectors. The extra time just isn't worth it. Strongly recommend Perdition, Chamber of Starlight, and Aphelion's Rest if you're experienced and want to speed run.
