Old sights had me shooting 6” high even with the dead sight all the way down and hated the semi buckhorn rear sight. Had to file the front portion of the fire sight bc of the barrel band and then ended up having to use jb weld to get the dovetail on the sight to fit but the oversized dovetail on the barrel.The sights are totally traditional. The front is a .10-inch brass bead that sits on a .425-inch-high post. The rear sight is a full buckhorn that is drift adjustable for windage, and it has a slide elevator for elevation. (The owner's manual says to drift the front sight for windage correction.)
