Another flaw in the system with RRECS. I could understand if the USPS was like it will take 2 weeks to get accurate data to bump your route to correct eval. But as you said new system it sounds like you have to wait 12 months before the full time goes into effect. Too many J’s and H routes. No room for subs. Carriers lost thousands of dollars. The USPS have been silent on the data and silent on the program to shore-up routes.
