I have the version with the threaded barrel, have the higher stock "tactical sights" and am running a Trijicon SRO and is otherwise "stock". The CS is a little bit snappier than the C2, but fits better in the hand for many and is a little easier to conceal. As for the magazines, the C2 is compatible with the rest of the Staccato family while the CS is not.
