TV box hasn't turned on in 5 days. Sat on chat support, who wanted to send me a new X1 box, even tho I do not have a X1 box. Could not confirm that I would not be billed extra for it. I have already tried unplugging, waiting, and plugging the power back in at both the outlet and device multiple times. Same for the cable. The outlet is able to power other devices so the problem is not there. The wps button on top also does nothing.
